Warnayarra the Rainbow Snake

This book is based on a story from Lajamanu School, a bi-lingual school where Aboriginal Children are taught how to read and write in their own language, Warlpiri. This story was told by the Senior Boys class.

The illustrations are adapted from their own paintings of teh story and also from paintings by the transition class and first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth grades.
